Les Tilleuls has recently been extensively refurbished and comprises eight bedrooms, three with en-suite bathrooms, a sitting room, dining room and newly-fitted kitchen. Maximum sleeping capacity is twenty-three; the spacious bedrooms are furnished with good wardrobe and drawer space. All the bathrooms have been modernised, and the hot water supply is excellent, even at peak usage.

On the ground floor, the sitting room has a large open working fireplace. There is a widescreen TV, video, and CD player. The dining room has a charming fireplace and a large elm dining table which seats up to 18.

The delightful kitchen has all the required appliances, including two ovens, dishwasher, microwave, fridge-freezer, washing machine and tumble drier. There is a large farmhouse table suitable for 6 adults or children's meals.

The doors from both the sitting room and the kitchen lead onto the terrace which runs along the entire width of the house. In front of the terrace is a large flat grass area suitable for playing games; beyond that there is an orchard, and towards the bottom of the grounds is a fenced dried-up lake surrounded by rows of mature lime trees which give the house its name.

On the East side of the house (the kitchen side) is the fenced swimming pool area, which is situated conveniently very close to the house, and is the focal point of the holiday for guests, both during the day and in the evening.
